metal stamping and plastics work is conducted only within our wholly owned Eastek
manufacturing facilities in southern China.
- Design, engineering and program management staff are Eastek employees.
- In our facilities, 24-hour, closed-circuit surveillance cameras monitor the Engineering
and Production Material Control Areas, and after-hours access to these areas is
restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Only managers have access to external e-mail, USB drives, digital media copying
capabilities and the Internet. For non-managers, these functions are disabled through
Windows networking.
- Only manager-accessible hard drives contain customer data, and CPU cases are locked
to keep drives secure.
- All employees with access to technical information have executed strict confidentiality
agreements.
